Ariel Sitter, MSN, FNP, is the founder of Time Machine Aesthetics, a boutique medical aesthetics practice focused on natural, refined, and evidence-based care. A Pittsburgh native now living in Wexford with her husband, Aaron, and their three cats, Ariel blends advanced medical training with an artistic, detail-driven approach to aesthetic medicine.

She began her nursing career at the Community College of Allegheny County, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Slippery Rock University, and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training through United States University, with clinical experience throughout the Pittsburgh area. Her diverse background includes gastroenterology, oncology, medical-surgical nursing, home infusion, and hospice care, shaping a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every treatment.
